Saint Brieuc Festival

Recently I received an email from one of my former college professors from M.I.C.A., Alain Corbel, informing me that the “Guargantuan Gormet” comic which I made for his class made it into a French comic competition and sent me information on the festival… unfortunately it was in french which I can’t read however I have a copy of a pamphlet with the participants and was able to find my name among them. Here are some images of the cover and then the page which refers to my work. Even though I have not yet translated it and read what it says I am very excited to be a part of this festival. It is very hard for me to believe that I am fresh out of college and my student work has already made its work to France!

MICA’s Illustration Blog actually made a post about this too. They have more information about the festival and pictures, so visit their post if you would like more information about that, the artists, and or my mentor Alain Corbel.
